Dirty bathrooms! Mold in showers. Bugs seen in room! Ice directly outside room door, No ice treatment. Cancelled room reservation but credit card was still billed. Called cooperate they were of no help.

This hotel is unbelievably unsanitary and unsafe. It looks nothing like the pictures on line. Those pictures are either fake or from 20 years ago. I cannot believe that Choice Hotels still allows them to use their name. The linen and bedspreads are stained and threadbare. The towels fell apart while using. The smoke alarm was removed from the wall. There were multiple holes in the walls. The walls are painted a dark red. The curtains barely cover the window. We saw bugs and mice in our room. No other hotels available so we slept on top of the sheets in our street clothes and left early in the morning as soon as daylight.
