Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu

The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from JR Beppu Station, a 10-minute walk to the seaside, and just 5 minutes from the largest shopping mall. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and friendly, and the hot springs are also very comfortable.

Loved it! They have both public and private hot springs, and even offer late-night snacks. Breakfast was unexpectedly good, the place was clean with a great atmosphere, and the location is super convenient, right outside the station. I'll definitely choose this place again!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt incredibly relaxed. The hot springs, especially the private ones, were amazing for photos and so comfortable. The tatami room was also super cozy. The highlight, though, was definitely the ramen in the evening – it was so delicious, I had to have two bowls! And the hand soap in the room was really good too, very moisturizing; I wanted to find it to buy, but couldn't.

The room was very clean and new, and the private onsen on the top floor was very comfortable. There's also a lounge next to it with sea views. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and all the staff were very professional. It was a very enjoyable trip to Beppu.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see it right from the JR station platform. After exiting the station, it's just a two-minute walk across the street. There's a Lawson convenience store right outside the hotel to the left. Upon entering the hotel, you're required to remove your shoes (they can be stored in lockers), and the entire hotel is shoeless and very clean. The room isn't large but is perfectly adequate. The bed is small, and the pillow is firm but very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is great for families as it allows for simultaneous use without disturbance. On the 13th floor, there's a hot spring bath with both indoor and outdoor options, as well as private baths. No reservations are needed; you just go directly. If it's busy, you queue and wait; each person gets about 45 minutes. After soaking in the hot spring, there's free ramen and cold drinks available on the first floor at 10 PM. I really love the atmosphere of this hotel! The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the service is excellent. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can catch bus route 24 to Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) without having to walk back to the JR station.

I booked a random room, and the hotel gave me a Japanese-style twin room with tatami mats. It was very clean. The complimentary hot spring was very relaxing, with a large outdoor bath and seven private baths. They also offered free ramen at 10 PM, which tasted great.
