Never seen a hotel and it's management worst than this. Don't know where to start, The owner of the hotel is a coward, especially if there is a hassle in the hotel he goes to kitchen and then hide. The receptionist are his bodyguard. Receptionist doesn't have the quality for recaptioning and managing the front office system. I had to do a big argument with the owner about my client's difficulties in the hotel. The wifi not worked (it was disconnected due to pending bill payment). Guest room wasn't ready until they arrived to rooms. AC didn't work on some rooms. Hot water not worked on some room and we told to the management , they went to check but no use. My guest had to take cold both on that chilling weather. Rooms and toilet were stinky, flushing basin makes broken machine noise. Food was ok but not so good, It was a terrible time for me and my guests. We are fortunate that the stay was only a night. Highly not recommended!!!!!
