Very nice hotel in the historic center of Berat. All touristic locations are on walking distance except for the castle. Very nice rooms, clean and modern. Friendly personnel. Good restaurant with local dishes. Great view on the historic district.

One of the nicest hotels our tour group stayed at in Albania. Rooms are spacious and, the desk area has a readily accessible power outlet - a rarity on my trip. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served has a nice view of the town and surrounding. Only downside was the sketchy wi-fi. Still, a very pleasant hotel for our one night stay.

Het is een imposant, redelijk nieuw en dus ook modern hotel. Bij aankomst werden we erg vriendelijk ontvangen, en we konden al op tijd inchecken. We hadden een hele grote kamer, en de bedden waren erg zacht. Tot zover dus eigenlijk helemaal top!! Alleen de schoonmaak liet wel echt te wensen over…. Het laken was bezaait met zwarte stipjes, in de douche lagen nog haren, en achter de glazen douchedeur waren ze nog nooit geweest gok ik. Dat is erg jammer! Het ontbijt was gewoon goed.

Stayed here for one night with the family as part of our Balkan tour. Our tour company arranged for the hotel so not sure of the price. We found the hotel to be good for a one-night stay. Looks new and clean and the location is a big plus. You can easily walk to all the major attractions and restaurants in Berat. There is also a huge supermarket attached to the hotel, which is a big plus as well. We had some issues with the internet, but that was quickly resolved when we raised it with the reception.

Hotel posizionato in pieno centro a Berat, molto comodo per chi viaggia in auto in quanto include un servizio di garage coperto. L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo. La stanza è grande ma l'hotel non è assolutamente un 4 stelle rispetto ai nostri standard. Tanto per cominciare è la prima volta che in hotel mi trovo a dover fare un letto da me prima di poter dormire (aggiungere lenzuola e coperta che vengono lasciati a disposizione degli ospiti). La colazione non è molto ricca ma è servita in una terrazza molto bella. Letto non preparato per la notte. Abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi a sistemare lenzuola e coperta. Materasso sfondato.

Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, du 12 au 14 septembre, sous la forme de deux bons d’échange. Suite à la première nuit, arrivant harassés de notre journée de visite, nous avons été brusquement interpellés à travers le hall de l’hôtel par une personne que nous identifions comme la gérante. Prétextant que nous avions modifié notre réservation, ce qui est faux, elle nous a contraints, malgré notre refus, à changer de chambre immédiatement et à reprendre nos affaires sans ménagement et sans tenir compte de notre grand âge. Le lendemain, au moment de payer la note, nous avons constaté que le prix d’une des deux nuitées avait été majoré par rapport au bon d’échange. Le réceptionniste a appelé cette femme irascible dont nous avons dû affronter de nouveau la violente colère. Finalement, sentant que nous ne céderions pas, elle s’est emparée avec une violence inouïe de notre carte de crédit posée sur le comptoir. Quel dommage de faire gérer cet hôtel, confortable et bien situé dans la jolie ville de Berat par une personne aussi peu professionnelle.

Bel hôtel situé du côté Gorica de la ville. Bonne chambre, bons lits. Repas du soir correct, bien et vite servi, L'hôtel est proche de la rivière Osüm, pas loin de la passerelle. bien illuminée la nuit, ainsi que du centre avec beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques. Bon petit déjeuner servi en terrasse au soleil. Facilité se stationnement, même pour un bus.

Mooi en centraal gelegen hotel. Inclusief gratis parkeren. De kamer is groot en schoon. De medewerkers achter de balie zie je niet zitten maar zijn er wel🙃De balie is veel te hoog, waardoor de medewerkers laag zitten. Dit is misschien nog een verbeterpunt. Dakterras groot met geweldig uitzicht over de stad. Hier wordt ook het ontbijt buffet geserveerd. Het ontbijt is normaal en voldoende keus. Handig is de supermarkt onder het hotel. Dit hotel is zeker aan te bevelen.
