Wouldn't stay again
We stayed in an apartment for 4-6 people for 3 nights. Not happy on a few accounts.
1. There is an exhorbitant deposit required on arrival.
2. There was a detailed inventory we had to check through on arrival and a cost per item if anything was missing. (Some things were missing when we arrived!).
3. We were presented with sheets/towels on arrival.
4. The booking said they spoke French and English. On arrival the person on reception didn't speak any English (although there were other people on reception on other days who did speak some English). (I know it's our problem really for not knowing too much French !).
5. The apartment wasn't well designed. Toilet upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Not much room downstairs and apart from hard chairs next to the table there was only seating for 3.
6. Outside, there was a table and chairs but again, only seats for 3.
7. The grounds (grass area) didn't look particularly well maintained.
The pool and jaccuzzi looked good although we didn't use those.
You can walk into town. It takes about 30 mins which is fine if you're going in for a few hours.

Helpful, kind staff but run down apartment
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Safe enclosed hotel with plenty of free parking.
Apartment was falling apart. Furniture and fixtures needed updating, wardrobe doors not functioning properly, microwave needed a deep clean. The stairs were extremely noisy and were coming away from the wall, it's probably a matter of time before the structure gives way. Stained sheet provided. There's no way the 6/8 apartment can comfortably accommodate that many people given that 3 would have to be sleeping downstairs on the pull out sofa. These were closed during our stay and we could barely get around the living area. We only stayed for 2 nights so the flows didn't really affect us but I would not recommend booking it for a longer stay.

Appartement au dessus de la reception vétuste,mal entretenu des odeurs de moisi et d'égouts persistantes.La porte d'accés claquant en resonnant dans les murs dés 6h du matin car beaucoup de locataires étaient des ouvriers qui partaient travailler.(Bizarre pour une résidence de tourisme) Le personnel de l'accueil est buté et méprisant Nous sommes partis une semaine avant la date prévue! A fuir absolument!

For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return.

Logement salle non entretenu et mobilier vétuste point nous avons passé 4 jours abominables dans un logement peu entretenu avec des rideaux arrachés des plafonniers non attachés une piscine qui verdit et sans la vase une vraie catastrophe nous n'avions qu'une semaine de vacances cet été et nous les avons gâché dans cet endroit... Courage à vous si vous y avez une réservation....
