The facilities and scenery were impressive, we were disappointed with the language barrier. Announcements were mostly in Afrikaans, leaving us feeling excluded (we're not Afrikaans- speaking).

We had a peaceful and relaxing time, the children loved it. It was an unforgettable experience, from the beautiful star light skies, the picturesque mountains to the friendly staff, everything was so memorable. Wish we could have extended our stay. Perfect getaway for families.

Well wat to say but what bad service with the reservation department and management not willing to assist. What kind of a resort is willing to take a extra person and expect you to bring your own mattress, bedding and towels for that person. Ridiculous if you ask me. I will never go to any of the ATKV resort again as this is not the first time I experience bad service from one of their resort. I would rather pay more somewhere ells than stay with them again. Do not even try to book with this resort if you have any extra request.
