The location and price are amazing. In general, the staff is good except for the night shift guy in charge, I try to address a concern due to the noise of a group of students next door and he totally ignored me, making faces like: what you want me to do? The rest ok

Happy Hotel Berlin was a spacious, dynamic and restful place to stay. I enjoyed the suggestions of places to go at the entrance, the fun of meeting new folx in group accommodations, and the relaxed atmosphere throughout. A spot-on hostel experience!

Staff were helpful. The set up is hostel-like and there is a dorm-style low cost option. The area is very walkable and very cool.

Exceptional experience, I chose the place attracted by the beautiful colors of the building, and once I arrived the service surprised me with its efficiency and extreme friendliness. Friendly staff, working place and great location. Having a private room in a hostel gives you that extra something characteristic and lively, as well as the chance to meet people from all over the world (if you don't feel like it, it's still a quiet and intimate place). I recommend the experience to everyone, and I thank the staff for giving that little something extra to my days spent in Berlin.
