Nice Hotel, located in the east of Berlin. Bed was comfy, room was quiet, so good conditions for a relaxed stay. If you want to see things in central or western parts of berlin, keep in mind, that you need some time. Hotel is good connected to public transport.

Good location with immediate access to public transport (trams and S-bahn). The room was spacious, had large bathroom with a bath tub and shower. However, the shower was hard to enjoy due to water temperature constantly changing within a quite wide range.
Beware during heat waves! The air conditioner was barely doing its job: the room on the top floor turned into mild sauna on a sunny summer day. The a/c in the room I moved to was similarly useless, but thanks to windows facing another side and more floors above that room was better to stay in.
Great breakfast with a variety of food.

We had to change our first room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and unfortunately, the staff initially told me it was fine, even though it clearly wasn't. The in-room mini-fridge was also broken.
Overall, the reception service was disappointing. It took a long discussion before a solution was offered. However, I do want to commend the staff member who assisted with check-out in the morning; they were friendly, professional, and helpful.
Ultimately, the service didn't meet expectations, especially when it came to handling complaints and technical issues in the room.

The hotel itself was clean and really good. What bothered me a bit was that our shower looked a little run down. But overall, everything was fine. The staff was also very nice. Good value for money.

Got a room upgrade so the room was a huge suite. Very large and nice, but definitely not the cleanest (some mold in bathrooms etc. ) but overall comfortable and great breakfast. Good location next to the trian station
