Good location but poor facilities for the price

Good located. Very small room. Need renovation and re-desigh

It'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Great hotel!

Very clean, one day I went out late and missed the staff's time to tidy up the room. But when I went back to the room at night, the room had been tidied up. It must be that the young lady found that I left after tidying up all the rooms on the same floor, so she went in to tidy up. Very considerate and awesome. The room is also large, bright and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Bern!

There are hairs on the sheets, but nothing else. However, the front desk clearly stated check-out before 11 o'clock. In the morning, the hotel staff took the key and tried to open the door. This is very confusing.

The hotel staff are very polite and prepare the room on time. The environment is comfortable and there is a separate toilet with basic toilet supplies. I think the only shortcoming is that the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. It is a little distance from the bus station, just two kilometers away. In the middle of the bus stop. And the breakfast included in the room reservation is also delicious😋

The hotel is very partial and the price is not cheap. Poor facilities

I travelled alone and felt safe which was key for me. The property and room was clean. Staff was great. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Bern.

This is a place to sleep, nothing more. The price was rather high for very basic accommodations, and the ventilation is insufficient for summer or summer-adjacent timeframe (was 15F above normal when we visited in Sept). A few of the lights didn't work and the shower drain was slow. No sheets for foldout couch. Neighborhood safe.

A real surprise in quiet area. Only probs were no ac, too few english stations and smoking area below windows that you have to have open because no ac. Also bad curtains. Just a gauze sheet. They have a screen but it isnt solid. Could use a wall safe and mini fridge.

Just a brief visit to Bern but the hotel was in a good position 15/20 mins from hospital and train station . Nice room good shower and cooling fan comfy bed helpful welcoming staff . A good indian restaurant almost next door and a nice breakfast

Very nice hotel for the price. Upgrade to include the breakfast. It is has a good variety of food that is very fresh. Good location close to tram stop.

The staff at Hotel La Pergola went the extra mile to be helpful and accomodating at all times. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the town centre and within a short walk of the station. My room was comfortable and clean. I much appreciated the free communal tea and coffee making facilities on each floor too. Definitely recommended.
