It's in the city center and very convenient to get around. You can walk to various restaurants, and you can also walk to the surrounding museums, cathedrals, parliament centers and various check-in attractions.

Excellent hot breakfast with eggs sausage bacon and beans. Very convenient location to train station and old town. Quiet street at night. Friendly English speaking staff who happily chased down ice for our beverages

The hotel was very convenient to the train station, comfortable and good value for the money. We spent our time traveling, so did not avail ourselves of many services.

Our room was spacious (always a nice bonus when you think of a majority of European hotels). Bed was super comfortable. Nice rain shower. Breakfast options were basic but well done. One thing to be aware of: only one elevator alongside a staircase; for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage, some patience is required during busy periods. The location is terrific and easy walking to many places: almost next door to the Tuesday/Sunday markets near and around Bundesplatz (Parliament), close to the main shopping streets and the Zytglogge, and perhaps just bit further to the BärenPark and Rosengarten. Walkable from the train station (do not waste your money on taxis, but do ask someone for the correct exit out of the train station to walk to this hotel).

We like this hotel clean and very accessible to train station and stores. Breakfast are good lots of options and the staff are very nice.

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Although I booked a double room I was surprised by its tiny size. It didn't have space to even open upy luggage
