Nice and pleasant stay, room is clean. Was a bit uncomfortable transportation, but it’s just because all Bern is reconstructing.

This was an amazing experience to visit Berna and stay at Muri Hotel, everything was just perfect and Isabel at the front desk was the nicest person ever, She was very friendly and willing to help in everything we could need. The location is perfect and the transportation very easy and free to get to the heart of the city. If I ever come back to Berna, I will definitely choose Muri Hotel again. Felt in love with Berna ♥️🇨🇭♥️

It was a pity that there was no air conditioning and only a long fan, but the Swiss weather was cool, so it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably with the window slightly open! I asked them to clean the room every time I left, and they did so nicely! The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy, so I would stay there again! The tram from Bern Station is a bit far, but there is a coop right next door, and I bought food from the coop every evening. ㅎㅎ

Great location on the edge of Bern, with rooms that are big and comfortable. Front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful (along with free tram service) and the restaurant was sensational, esp the Wild menu. Well worth the price, and would definitely stay again.

(Ich hätte gerne den Link eingefügt, aber das scheint den Tripadvisor-Regeln zu widersprechen. "Isn't it nice, when things just work" gilt auch für den Sternen Muri. Es funktioniert einfach alles: die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und freundlich, die Zimmer in perfektem Zustand, das Frühstück reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und frisch, das Restaurant entspannt-charmant, die Küche delikat-erlesen - es stimmt einfach alles. Einziger Wermutstropfen, der aber schwer anzupassen ist: die Tiefgarage ist schrecklich eng.

I really liked the hotel , great value fir money, and it was the perfect location for us to stay, close to our friend’s party. And an ideal place for a walk down to the Aare 🥰. Nice spacious room with balcony, super friendly staff in the hotel, well organized. Would come back any time.

Excellent hotel. Just a few minutes by bus and/or tram from Bern. (Free if you stay 3 nights or more.) Choose a room in the newer, quieter annexe at the back. 2nd floor, west facing. Lovely to sit on the balcony in the evening sun. Book direct with the hotel is the hotel’s recommendation and they are more likely to take notice of any requests. Good tea room and restaurant. Plenty of outdoor tables too. Spacious private underground parking. Not too many spaces outside hotel. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment. Minibar, kettle, mineral water etc in room. Very Swiss, very nice. Even (some of) the internal doors were polite (they open as you approach).

Excellent room in the newer annex. The room was spacious, clean, air-conditioned with a large terrace. The breakfast was great and the bed very comfortable. Public transport was just outside the door. The hotel is about 15 min from the city centre in a lovely suburb. Highly recommended.

This was a clean and pleasant hotel. My daughter still dreams of the ice cream we ate at the restaurant one evening. The room was perfect for our needs - not fussy but nice. We slept with the window open at night and it was shockingly quiet for a city. Don't miss Bern - it is lovely!!

Excellent service. Excellent Staff. Excellent Food. For a party of 26. Stefanie from reception looked after all of our needs. She was brilliant in organising our rooms, evening dinner, bus parking, very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. And on the day, very polite and welcoming to our party. Dominik, also from reception was very friendly and welcoming. happy to assist us and open communications from him was brilliant. Olivia from the dinning hall was very helpful and polite looking after our large party. She came in early to work for breakfast to make sure we had everything for our busy day a head. Thank you Sternen Muri.

We had a nice room with air conditioning and a large balcony in a quiet location. The tram stops in front of the door and you are in the center of Bern within 10 minutes. There is a swimming pool near the hotel but you can also swim in the Aare from there to Bern. Breakfast buffet was very extensive. Staff is friendly and helpful. It would be useful to place lighting outside, when you walk to your room. It is a dark path and you cannot see where you are walking. Maybe place a motion sensor that turns on the light.

Very friendly staff and a nice hotel. Good fresh breakfast buffet. Tram stop right next door. You can be in Bern in 10 minutes. I would book the hotel again but would take a room at the back as I like to sleep with the window open. The traffic noise and the tram arriving and departing can be heard very clearly from the front. But after midnight it is very quiet.
