Domaine de Bersaillin

Liebevolle, in Eigenarbeit hergerichtete, Domaine mit grossem Garten, vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool. Wir hatten das Sternenhimmel Zimmer. Gutes Bett und modernes Bd/Dusche. Wir waren 3 Tage zum Biken hier. Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es waren 3 Tage wie in einer kleinen Familie. Kontakt zu anderen Reisenden aus aller Herren Länder war auch sofort hergestellt und die Geschichten waren sehr spannend. Die meisten Gäste sind auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht hier. Eigentlich zu kurz für das schöne Hotel. Das Restaurant mit gehobener Küche ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere Gerichte. Allerdings Sonntags geschlossen, aber der Gastgeber hat uns eine Pizzeria in Polliny empfohlen.

De passage dans la région nous avons fait étape ici. La table est excellente avec des plats savoureux et généreux. Le service est impeccable avec en plus de bons conseils sur le vin. La nuit a ete reposante dans un environnement calme. Le domaine en vieille pierre en est vraiment magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Je conseille chaudement.

Young woman at the very friendly reception, helps with carrying the luggage, shows us around the places... The animals are adorable: Oslo the dog and Cleor the cat. Creams! Comfortable bedding. Very calm night. Excellent restaurant.

We spent 2 days in this area for our greatest happiness. The aim of this stay was rest, calm, simplicity, relaxation, nature and discovery. Everything was there in this pretty area which combines conviviality and the gentleness of the countryside. In terms of the room: We stayed in the Nature room. It was very clean and welcoming. The bathroom is very well equipped with everything you need to spend several days without having to bring all your equipment from home. Hair dryer with 2 tips, make-up remover cotton pads, organic quality hygiene products (much appreciated). The shower is a real relaxing moment with its different jets in addition to being very large!! A real plus that we don't have everywhere. The bedding is very good and you sleep like a baby. The plus: the mosquito net and the curtains. We were able to sleep with the window open without being eaten by mosquitoes. On the catering side: First of all, how can we not tell you about the restaurant room. It’s just a marvel with its vaults which give a real charm to the place. Then, we learned that it was the chef of the estate who was cooking (the cook being ill). And here I tip my hat. The menus offered are varied. There was a choice between three starters, three main courses, three desserts and a very generous cheese platter. We, who are in the restaurant business, were pleasantly surprised by this limited choice but which also ensures the freshness of the products served. Plus, the eggs meurette were wonderful! A real favorite for both of us. The breakfast is very generous with everything you need to start the day off right. What more can I say... except that it was a very nice discovery of a place which combines simplicity, friendliness and tranquility to perfection. Very good work from the owners who do their job with passion.

From Switzerland, we chose to come and stay 2 nights in the Jura and chose the Bersaillin area. We were delighted with our stay in this magnificent property. The owners Rémy and Florette are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We chose the “starred” room and the country menu for our first evening. A real taste pleasure that the chef prepared for us with only local products and a very original presentation of the different dishes. We really enjoyed ourselves. Another plus for the fabulous breakfast buffet where nothing was missing. Also fun discovering the animals in the house. The little black and white cat, the imposing and very friendly golden retriever and the pretty brown donkeys, mother and daughter. We will not fail to come back if the opportunity presents itself.

Very beautiful establishment, located in the heart of the Jura and allowing easy access to the remarkable sites of the region. The owners are very welcoming, constantly concerned about the well-being of their guests and promote the conviviality of the place. On site, the possibilities for entertainment are varied regardless of the weather: swimming pool, superb terrace, library lounge, billiards and table football. Impossible to be bored! The meals offered are of excellent organic quality, fine and tasty. An area to be urgently recommended!
