Quarto limpo, mas banheiro com limpeza razoável. Fiação elétrica de chuveiro aparente e remendada. Sem telefone no quarto pra comunicação com o hotel. Funcionários de mau humor, e nada gentis. Café da manhã abre às 7:30. Estive a trabalho no local, as 7:10 café já estava colocado, quando questionei se poderia tomar para sair ao meu compromisso foi rispidamente falado que não.

A localização é excelente, estacionamento incluso é ótimo, o atendimento foi sensacional, tem piscina aquecida e o quarto era extremamente confortável, camas, travesseiros, tudo.
Mas eu confesso que acho os valores cobrados muito altos para um período fora de temporada e num fim de semana com previsão de chuva. O café da manhã é bem limitado - tudo gostoso, mas sem variedade. A piscina é liberada para uso muito tarde e hoje, domingo, só seria aberta às 14h - após nosso checkout. Foi uma ótima estadia, mas não seria minha primeira escolha se tivesse que voltar à região.

Localização privilegiada
O hotel está numa localização super privilegiada, há 15min de caminhada da praia de Itaguaré e praticamente pé na areia da praia de São Lourenço. Atendimento foi excelente, quarto estava bem limpinho, mas deixo como sugestão a troca do model do ar condicionado, que é extremamente barulhento, acredito que por ser modelo mais antigo. Café da manhã simples, mas tudo muito gostoso.

Hotel abaixo da crítica. Não entrega o que promete
O estado geral do hotel é ruim. As fotos no site não refletem os quartos, que são pequenos, com móveis ruins e ar condicionado barulhento. As toalhas de banho estavam puídas ao ponto de terem furos.
O café da manhã é SUPER fraco, poucas opções, sem nenhuma graça, suco de laranja ruim, pão de queijo frio e borrachento.
O único a se ressaltar é a SIMPATI do atendimento. Todos muito cordiais, embora tenham ignorado nosso check-out e entrarem em contato para sabermos o que iríamos fazer (???)

Muito bom
Muito boa a estadia. Os serviços são especiais. O fornecimento de toalhas, cadeiras e guarda sol na praia facilita a vida do visitante e o atendente Assis é super gentil.
A praia só não é tranquila aos domingos. E se tem um ponto que o hotel pode melhorar é colocar canais pagos na Tv que só tem canais abertos.
