Amazing Hotel, we were in Room 4 The Northumbria, It was light spacious very clean.The view was amazing looking out onto the sea which was stunning.The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The bed was spacious and very comfortable Alison was so polite and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her I would totally recommend this hotel it is probably one of the best we've stayed in and we will return Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Alison has worked hard to make this a great guest house. Rm5 is a twin, but the sea view and sunrise made the stay perfect. Everything you needed was there including a pair of binoculars. They also run a café for beach users, this is where you get your individually cooked breakfast. There is plenty to do, see and eat in town, taxi was £7 each way for 2 of us, there is a bus a very short walk away. Lots of information in entrance so take a picture! Our Sunday service bus failed to show up.

Having used more well know hotels I was nicely surprised, friendly staff, good welcome and given a ground floor room due to my disability. First time I found a hotel with a walk in shower rather than the over the bath type. It had been well thought out. I will be going back. Tried to upload photo but it failed

Great Guest House Superb location on sea front. Fantastic clean beach and promenade. Short stroll to Tweedmouth and on further to Berwick Upon Tweed. Good clean comfortable bedroom, with en-suite and drink making facilities. Wonderful breakfasts, and owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Defo reccomend to others.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had a super stay. Both Allison & Graham were friendly and welcoming hosts and run a great house. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and location is great, being right next to the beach and close to Berwick main town and the A1. Thank you for our wonderful time with you.

Our stay was enjoyable and we were made very welcome by Angela. She greeted us on our arrival and helped with the bags as we were on the top floor. The room was cosy and very tastefully laid out, with a great shower, a small fridge and a sea view to enjoy as well. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed strong coffee with our full breakfast. We like the location because it is close to the sea and has enough parking spaces. We have stayed here before and no doubt we will be back again in the future.

Clean, comfortable room with a well kitted out ensuite bathroom. Room had the normal tea and coffee facilities, but also had a jar of biccies and a small fridge for fresh milk, not the tiny UHT cartons. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location by the beach. Small on site car park, but also on street parking available if its full.
