Holidae House Bed & Breakfast

Only 15 minutes to Sunday RIver and right in the middel of Bethel. Excellent restaurants nearby and in walking distance form bnb. John and Jeanette could not have been better hosts. The bnb was clean, quiet with lots of amenities to make us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent.

Friendly welcoming and hospitality was wonderful from the fresh baked cookies and antique decor made this great experience, fresh baked morning breakfast was amazing! They made our stay comfortable and were definitely going to recommend this place to others

This is an immaculate B&B with every traditional B&B expectation fulfilled. John loves to talk and Jeannette’s cooking is great. Might be the most dedicated/enthusiastic B&B hosts yet. Lovely period furniture but modern bathroom in our room at least. Common room with more than enough to keep you entertained in the evening. Nice, well-stocked eating area with teas, fruit, and home-made treats. Walking distance to several eateries. Complimentary toiletries, chocolate, USB in our room. Easy & good Wi-Fi.

Very glad we had the opportunity to stay here on our recent trip around New England. We only stayed one night in Bethel but John was so welcoming and interesting to chat to that we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, had a great nights sleep followed by a delicious breakfast. Bethel was a pretty little town with a few places to eat within walking distance (although not all open the day we were there). There was also a grocery store across the road.

A true gem of a B+B in downtown Bethel. Close to the gem and mineral museum and walking distance to lots of things to do. The owners are wonderful, and the home cooked breakfast is AMAZING. The rooms are really nice, with many different layouts and sizes to choose from. Everything is just the way it should be. Off street parking and a friendly greeting made our visit truly enjoyable. The warm Banana nut bread didn't hurt either. Try it!

This was a last minute booking, but the experience was great. We just wanted to do a day of Skiing/Snowboarding and the location was perfect. The whole experience was great. From checking in to the personal treatment. Breakfast, including the conversation was great. If I'm back in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

The Total Package. Hands down my favorite place to stay in Bethel. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is great, evening snack (homemade), great location - close to restaurants/skiing/gem and mineral museum/market/walking trails, comfortable, and fair prices (actually some of the best prices in this area). It is not just great rooms and location though. John and Jeannette sincerely want their guests to have great experiences; and they provide that. When they say let us know if there is anything that you need; they really mean it. They actually love getting feedback - which is really rare these days. They are always available to help a guest, and they do it from the heart. I have stayed here many times, and I will keep going back. They provide great personal touches; and even if you come back over and over again, they make certain that you know how things work, show you the room, and make you comfortable. I love too, that they make notes of guest preferences; and when you return, they have done things to meet those preferences. WOW - just WOW. They really make you feel welcome here; and love all of their guests and getting to know them. You really feel like a guest and not just a paying customer; which is so rare these days. As if this wasn't enough, they keep their prices VERY fair; even in the busy season. I put them in the great total package category.
