Very nice stay and the staff was very accommodating with check in for a medical procedure nearby. The staff was one of the best anywhere. Always friendly and helpful.

The people at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. We love Courtyard... There is no comparison to other hotels. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. 5 out of 5 stars on every level. *The only negative aspect of our stay was that we were told by the staff working Starbucks and Breakfast Service, that we would need to pay $15.95 for hot buffet breakfast that was "included" in the price of our stay via *******. It was not covered, so we left without eating.

Good and clean

I chose the Courtyard because of the pool and hot tub. My wife and I were having a weekend getaway, and we both love relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We had never stayed at this Courtyard, but have had good experiences in the past so we gave it a try. Both the pool and hot tub turned out to be fantastic! The pool was nice and warm, almost like bathwater, which feels so good after being out on a chilly Winter day. The hot tub was also very nice, hot, but not too hot for comfort, with one jet that hit my back perfectly. We spent almost two hours between the pool and hot tub on both days. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and check in was a breeze. The lobby was very nice, with comfortable chairs and a nice fireplace. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had both a fridge and microwave. The bed was a king, and was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit heavy and hard on the neck. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and will probably stay here again in the future.
