Sou cliente ibis de vários lugares !! Na verdade dessa vez, saímos de SP p Bh sem fazer reserva qdo descobrimos q bh estava tendo vários eventos e congressos e n haviam vagas nos hotéis em bh ! Ligamos nesse ibis e fomos muito bem atendidos pela recepcionista NÍVEA q logo deu um jeito de nos acomodar c carinho! Tbm a segurança q estava lá foi muito cordial e educada ! Já no café, n gostamos muito e foge dos padrões ibis de outros lugares , o molho da salsinha estava gelado assim como os pãezinhos recheados, educadamente informei as meninas q estava repondo e pouco fizeram, gelado estava, gelado permaneceu , esperamos q fizessem algo mas não ! E n estava “frio” estava gelado como se tivesse tirado da geladeira msm ! Mas, a ATENÇÃO de Nivea é das outras recepcionistas valeu a pena pois estava c minha família e até nossa pet tarde da noite !!!

(b) the coffee room, which is with a horrible infiltration, the wet/boiled wall for the renitee is a nightmare, I hope you will fix it. next work in Betim, Samba will be our stop
