Service ok....
The first time UTK check in and check out took time, UTK like most other hotels check in and check out is very easy and does not take time....
There is no Wi-Fi facility in the room....the condition of the bathroom is not satisfactory

Not much parking spaces, pretty much the same for all most hotel at Betong.
What I don't like it got charged for bottled water , not well notified at the room, notice only at check out counter inform the water is not free, bad, very bad
