La relación calidad/pecio es muy buena, la habitación es realmente cómoda, limpia y cuidada. Algunos detalles de las zonas comunes del hotel están un poco antiguos/desgastados pero todo siempre muy limpio. A 10min andando del centro de Vielha y con la facilidad de aparcar en un parking muy amplio.

Where do I start? From the moment we pulled up into the carpark, I knew this was a mistake. Pitted carpark, slipped slates on the roof (and there's a lot of roof) and a general air of neglect. Almost looked like a derelict! Anyway, we went into the reception, which was quite well presented and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. We had to wait 20 mins as our room wasn't ready. The standard room we'd booked was so small it was claustrophobic. Brown, dated and in dire need of an update. I felt depressed as we had booked 2 nights. I could go on and on... So, the only thing I can commend this hotel for is the excellent staff and the location. And the potential excellent breakfast which was undermined by the fact that it was served cold!

Nuestra estancia no ha sido desagradable pero creemos que este hotel se ajusta más a la categoría de tres estrellas. El desayuno buffet es justito, opino que falta más variedad. El servicio no está mal pero en recepción son muy secos, pienso que deberían informar sobre los alrededores, rutas por hacer, restaurantes, sitios de interés, actividades, etc. Lo único que hicieron fue darnos las llaves de la habitación e indicarnos dónde estaban el comedor y la piscina. Fuimos para San Juan y creo que lo mínimo hubiera sido “vendernos” más lo que ofrece la zona, explicarnos algo, como mínimo. En ese sentido, no se involucran mucho con el cliente. Las instalaciones necesitan algunas mejoras. El suelo de la habitación era una moqueta desgastada que daba mala imagen. Es cierto que el mobiliario y el wc estaban limpios pero se ve todo demasiado anticuado y ajado. A mí me gusta el estilo vintage pero esto es más dejadez que otra cosa. Por último, la habitación doble es pequeña. Algo positivo es que las camas nos parecieron cómodas y eran anchas. Los alrededores están bien, duermes rodeada de naturaleza. Se puede aparcar de forma gratuita justo delante.

Comienzo por decir que dada su localización, fuera del pueblo, dispone de un gran parking. Hotel antiguo, con moquetas de libro de historia e instalaciones del mismo estilo. Habitaciones limpias, pero también antiguas. Por nuestra parte no podemos criticar al personal ya que nos trataron muy bien. Bufett bástate justo, quizás más bien escueto. El Hotel cumplió con su cometido, que era nuestro descanso en la larga ruta
