All good!

Looks very nice in the restaurant and the staff are very friendly, but food wasn’t great. One burger arrived so overdone it was hard to cut. Broccoli on another dish wasn’t cooked and the chicken portion was tiny for the price. Ordered a bottle of white wine and was served a warm bottle which I had to walk back to the bar for a chilled one. Should have realised from the lack of diners and atmosphere that this was not popular for food. After a few days in the town there are some great restaurants to eat in; just not this one.

We had a wonderful stay. The two lads who ran the busy bar on a Monday night were excellent. Star out service from these two. What an asset to your business. Checkin perfect. Great breakfast. Would recommend this hotel. Beds a bid hard. But half of guests would like that

This is the prefect place to explore Snowdon. Hotel is super clean, staff are all excellent and the food is first class! I could not fault it in any way! Betws-y-Coed is beautiful and it is a short drive to the Pen y Pas car park (you must book in advance) to start a Snowdon climb. This hotel is perfect and we WILL be back!!

Lovely property in the heart of Betwys-y-Coed. Really easy walk to everything in the town and accessible trails nearby. Super friendly staff and great menu options both in the bar and at their on-site restaurant.

Fabulous for our overnight stay after climbing Snowdon . Perfect location. As there was 3 of us we had a large room which was so comfortable. Although car park is small we managed to secure a space . We ate in the restaurant- food was very nice. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We pre-ordered breakfast on arrival which wasn’t a problem for us - breakfast was freshly cooked - no complaints at all. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Can definitely recommend

Location is perfect being in the middle of Betws-Y-Coed, the hotel is of a good standard in terms of decor and bedrooms (ours had a nice walk-in shower). We ate in the bar as the restaurant is closed during the week, the standard of food was ok but a little over priced, in fairness there were cheaper items on the menu. We are not fans of ordering our breakfast the night before using a ticksheet as this removes the choice element in the morning and fixes you to a menu i.e it would have been nice to order 'poached egg on toast' etc but its not a tick sheet option. Although the standard of the cooked breakfast was good as was the choice cereals and cold food. One point to watch out for is the bar closes at 10pm during the week (even for residents) even though their website states "The bar is open till late" so if you like a social drink later than 10pm you will need to go elsewhere as its bluntly enforced. Whilst the hotel has its own car park, it is only small and can only hold about 8 or 9 cars maximum, it was full when we arrived fortunately we managed to park close by round the corner otherwise we would have had to park overnight in the long stay pay and display car park across the playing field near the railway station. Overall the hotel is good but is evidently run to minimise its running costs, hence tick sheet for breakfast with time slots, restaurant closed part of the week and closing of the bar early during the week. But for our experience over the bar closing issue and the manner in which we were rudely spoken to regarding this, we would have rated the hotel higher than we have.

£4.80 for a Latte from an automatic Rijo coffee machine. We were left speechless! 2 Sub standard coffees for almost £10 And the joke is :- It’s More expensive than 2 pints! Go almost anywhere else in town, it’s cheaper & better quality. How can they justify charging this, it’s just criminal.

this is a ok place for a few days visit in Betsy-y-Coed. Lays in the center and the price is ok. We stayed for 2 days and we eat at the hotel both days. The food is good, no more no less at a fair price. The room was good and clean. The staff was really good and very friendly. For Bikers, they are helpsom to us how like the clean the bike on holiday
