Auf unsere Tour des Weser-Radwegs konnten wir das traditionelle und familiengeführte Hotel kurz kennenlernen. Durch diverse Anbauten zwar etwas verwinkelt, aber mit Liebe von den Inhabern und dem professionellen Personal geführt. Unser Zimmer war ruhig zur Rückseite gelegen, modern und renoviert. Wenngleich der Frühstücksraum schon sehr nostalgisch war. Wir haben auch das Restaurant genutzt und aus unserer Sicht hier den besten Spargel ever gegessen ! Kompliment an die Küche!

Auf einer Radreise hat uns der Veranstalter hier gebucht. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen - über ein Labyrinth von Fluren am Burschenschaftszimmer vorbei, kriegt man ungefähr den Weg gezeigt zum Zimmer und muss sich durchwurschteln. Dabei versucht der Besitzer so professionell auszusehen in seiner abgeschabten Livree Uniform mit reichlich Haarschuppen. Das Hotel ist an der Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen, durch den Gastronomiebetrieb ist am Abend ordentlich Stimmung im Hof, unser Zimmer war glücklicherweise nach hinten raus. Für eine Übernachtung war es okay, weiterempfehlen würde ich das Hotel aber auf keinen Fall.
