The hotel had booking time from 12 noon whereas when we reached it was almost 7pm. Got no confirmation call if we were reaching hotel in those 7 hours. Secondly they had no room ready till 7:45pm to be allocated. Food menu in room said cucumber salad rs. 80 when billed it was rs. 90 when asked to get it corrected refused straight away. However the manager was bright young *** and very supportive but the reception staff was not at all helpful or humane

Best facilities and need and clean room. Room service is very fast and worker is friendly. Receptionist behaviour is good.
