Overall, a very nice experience! Room was super nice and spacious with 24-hour hot water. The food in the restaurant was classy and delicious and the breakfast was of good standard.

A beautiful historic building. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is just a little outside the old town; a fifteen minute walk up a steep hill takes you to Durban Square.

I had enteritis and spent a day in the room. It was pretty good and the location was convenient. Quiet. satisfy. It’s the photo in the lobby, the bronze statue, I don’t know who it is, the hotel owner? It’s a bit uncomfortable to get used to the different cultures 😂

This is the most pleasant hotel among the four places to stay in this trip. I chose to dine in the hotel for the last few nights. It is comfortable, hygienic, delicious, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. Every staff member in every position is worthy of praise. If I go to Kathmandu again, I will choose here again!

Quiet in the bustle, clean, and the waiters smile like spring breeze. The hotel building is very traditional and has a small courtyard. It is very comfortable to drink coffee while bathing in the warm sunshine in winter. Traveling is not just about sightseeing. Sometimes it is a great experience to calm down and enjoy the moment. It is within walking distance to Bhaktapur Square. All in all, highly recommended.

The location is good, walking distance to Badgang Square and several other squares. I chose a heritage hotel specifically because I like the quaint and historical decoration style. It should be a solar water heater. It takes a while for the hot water to come out, but the water temperature is still satisfactory. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed two breakfasts. One was a buffet breakfast. There were not many varieties, but a few but fine ones, including both Western and local Nepali flavors. On the other day, because there were fewer guests, we had a breakfast set, which was local Nepali style. It included several kinds of dairy products, all of which were cold, such as yogurt and thin yogurt with water. It made my stomach feel a little uncomfortable. , quickly asked for hot water.

Perhaps the Durbar Square and museums in Patan are more amazing, but I prefer Badgang. This is a living ancient city. Whether it is a temple or a palace, they are all integrated with the residents here, and the former is more Like a lively scenic spot.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The building is fairly new but they used lots of lovely traditional features and materials that give it great character. The staff was absolutely great without exception, probably the best staff experience I've had at a hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is located 2 or 3 blocks from entrances to the old city. We'd highly recommend the Hotel Heratage!

Beautiful heritage-style hotel, with warm and gracious staff. Easy walk to local sites. Excellent experience. Delicious breakfast buffet, as well as dinner menu. The separate bar and the outdoor patios were also well designed and comfortable, making the hotel a nice place to relax and hang out when we needed a break from the lively streets.

We had a big room but the shower leaked massively, staff were rather cold and unfriendly which is unusual in Nepal . Restaurant was okay but I ordered Nani Goreng and it was spicier than any version I have had in Malaysian restaurants . I mentioned this and was told that it was a spicy dish. It got left uneaten . It was okay here but I would not come back

Steeped in history which makes this hotel interesting. However the friendliness of the service was not as high as other places we have visited whilst in Nepal. The room was spacious and had a fridge, but lacked in some areas of cleanliness - the main areas were clean, but there were aspects where it had appeared it not been dusted or fully cleaned for a while. Doves were nesting just outside the window and there was a distinct smell of bird poo/urine at times. It was quiet at night. Food was fine. Location - very near to the historic area of Bhaktapur. However, we were unaware until arrival that this hotel sits outside of the historic area where there is a current charge of 1800 NPR each. As we were going to be going there the next day with a guide, we then lacked anywhere to wander around during the afternoon/ evening. There really only appears to be the historic area of interest; the rest is just surrounding streets lined with local businesses/shops.

Excellent and comfortable hotel with caring and competent staff. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel with a true authentic Nepali feel to it. Very good dinner and breakfast. The staff and management are gracious and very helpful. We loved our unplanned but fortunate stay at Heritage Hotel. We will definitely come back. As world travelers, we fully recommend this jewel of a hotel experience!

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful heritage hotel. A magical place true to Nepali culture and heritage. The staff were so kind and made us feel so at home. We were very touched. The food was spot on, more Indian than Nepali at dinner. Highly recommend dinner. Breakfast and lunch were average. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.
Response from Property: Dear Debbie Das! Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you had a nice experience staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Regards, Bikram Awal

Beautiful place. It made me feel very welcome to Nepal, as this was my first time here. The staff was extremely helpful and even offered to make me noodles when all of the restaurants were closed. Very nice. Comfy beds too!
Response from Property: Dear Shane! Thank you for your review. Your comments are much valued and we take an opportunity to serve you with the same hospitality in next time. Thank you and see you soon again.
