Overall experience is very good. Property, staff, food, hospitality and location everything is just upto the mark. We loved out stay there and would definitely want to go again.

Location is amazing and also the service is really good. The staff is really helpful and has good options for indoor games as well to spend a day in resort

Lots of stairs, small property, very limited breakfast buffet, food taste is average, rooms have damp smell.

This property not even worth for 5000- rupees rooms are normal and they doesn’t have any kind pf facilities and amenities. We book it garden lake view suit room which is 12, 500- rupees, don’t have telephone in bedroom, once you booked the room they don’t look at your needs what you want they don’t care about there costumers please don’t come nd book, swimming pool is like show price please don’t go and don’t spoil your mood with wasting money on your special occasions, food is also street kind of food

It's a small beautiful resort overlooking lake arthur in bhandardara, maharashtra, nestled among-st woods, on a hillock. The resort is located close to mtdc resort and lake. We had a very peaceful and tranquil stay. Smooth check-in, accompanied by a welcome drink. As the hotel is on a hill, there's a climb to reach the rooms, ranging from approximately 20 to 100+ steps. Persons having mobility issues may find this difficult. Rooms are located at both side of the steps, some facing lake and some facing resort. We stayed in a garden cottage with lakeview suite which had a living room, a bedroom with ac and a private garden. Both the rooms have partial view of lake arthur. Room we stayed was clean, well-appointed, however some updates are desirable. Overall all the staff was polite, well behaved and efficient. The gardens are well-kept, and right at the top there's a swimming pool and outdoor seating, swings, and lovely views. Restaurant where they serve meals, though you can order rooms service, too. Menu was limited but very tasty. Room service was prompt and excellent. Breakfast buffet is adequate, with cereals, fruits, bakery, juice, tea, coffee, eggs to order, and other indian dishes. Parking is available. Guest driver accommodation is not at resort but provided at nearby places on bed basis at extra cost.

The best part of the property is the location and the greenery, which they maintain very well. We enjoyed food, especially maharashtrian bhakari, with bharala wanga( egg plant. Breakfast was also tasty and good options. Enjoyed the stay. Spacious rooms but can be maintained much better to avoid stinky smell could be due to rainy season. Overall stay was good ***** with the weather of bhandhardhra ! hidden gem and plenty of water falls to visit like randha, vasundhara.

Had a pleasurable experience staying here. The resort was beautiful with its unique style of having cottages on the hill. Hospitality was wonderful with palatable food. Chef was always around the table to check the food comfort. Club house was equipped with a badminton court, basketball, carrom, chess, pool table and kids zone too. One of the best place to be with your family. Pool was a bit disappointing as the water wasn’t so clean and not temperature controlled. The serenity at the top is a wonderful experience. Would love to be at this place every monsoon.

Good. But can improve on cleanliness. The view is very nice. Morning breakfast was also good. Staff was cordial.
