Hotel staff was excellent and very professional. Always worried about us, asking us if we needed anything. Accomodations were first rate. Food was excellent. Cappuccinos were just like in Italy. The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice specially Mr.Basu. Parking is so big. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. All the precaution are applied by each and every staff like face mask, face shield, temperature check & sanitization are taken as priority upon arrival. Swimming pool is located at 6th floor which is just awesome with the city view.. i will recommend all to visit once.

The hotel is quite small, but very unique! The location is not good. The only advantage is that you can drive a jeep directly into the forest park. It is very close, but very expensive, unless you can get a car together. Not eating well The entertainment items are very expensive If you want to visit Chitwan, it is better to stay in the Sauraha area. It is convenient for eating and playing, and it is also cheap. If you have a lot of money and like quiet, I recommend this place.
