I have been staying in this resort for past 18 months. The hospitality of the staffs are amazing. Front desk ( santosh, deepak , anjali ), housekeeping and the room service staff are very helpful. The food use to be 10 out of 10 but now it's slightly disappointing but I would still rate 8 out of 10. The rooms are very comfy and it will always be my 1st choice whenever I visit to bharatpur.

I came here chitwan for my business purpose. This was my first time in cmt hotel. A very good hospitality environment. Andip dura & Sujan jung was very helpful .Hk staff lokraj was also awesome. Definately loved to visit next time with family.

Overall ambiance was perfect and the staff were very polite and well mannered. I really love the service specially Deepak Mahato, Anjali Chaudhary and Samipa Joshi were too polite and well behaved staff. Will be happy to visit again and again.

Every staff are very good and helpful specially sameer rana from F&B department. And everyone please visit this hotel and also Roshan ale from f&b department is very kind staff from this hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone for good hospitality and service.

we are here to repatriate a fellow traveler . The hotel made us very comfortable during this different time, offering us warm water, coffee and tea whenever we meet people at the lobby. Room is clean and comfortable, food is tasty. Special note, not salty and good mix for breakfast.
