stay and amenities were fine. food is also good. but the service is not upto the marks. like, none of the inclusions offered on MMT was delivered by the team at hotel. every inclusion we have to ask for. even though some inclusion not considered like 15% discount on food services as per the booking comitment.

Very nice hotel and staff room clean dinner and breakfast good swimming pool is too good the waiting staff were efficient and special mention for Anjali, Rahul,Satarupa, and pravi . The front desk head seamless chekin and checkout and very helpful credit goes to anjali and Rahul .

Excellent stay I am visit with my family We are very enjoyed the Lord's bhavnagar I booked a 3 rooms room no 110,111,116 the rooms are species and need and clean housekeeping staff's are very hard working I enjoyed the pool my check-in was very smoothly and Frist we are enter the reception area then given me welcome drink the lobby cool The food was very tasty we are visit again thanks to all staff's

Top 3 lords resort exceeded my expectations the food was delicious and the amenities were really nice.. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others.
