Very nice property with bhimtal lake view. Also there are swings, slides and trampoline for kids. My kids and family enjoyed it very much. Also the service is very good.

Property is good and location is very good but the maintenance of rooms are pathetic. We checked in at the cottage to find used linen and blankets, untidy bathrooms, mini fridge in the room was more like a dustbin with full of dirty unclean marks, fans had broken regulators and no internet connection at all no matter how hard you try to find network

They absolutely deserve a 10/10. 1. Location: it's a beautiful property. Location is the real magic. You can enjoy the view of the bhimtal from hotel itself. The rooms are big and beautiful. 2. Food: they offer very tasty food. We ordered vegetarian food as per our choice. It was tasty. Prices were fine as per the quality and quantity offered. 3. Lake view : we took a room with lake view and it was stunning. Property has so many places to sit, relax and see the beautiful view of bhimtal just in front of you. Be it morning or late evening, it was lovely. 4. Service: staff was courteous and polite. I found it lovely to stay. 10/10. Thanks

Resort is good but room service and food is very bad. Served stale tandoori naan. And waiters were coming too late if ask for a help.

Only good thing was the location of the hotel which is opposite Bhimtal Lake. Service very poor. Not worth with the rate they charge. Paid m per night for 3 people. Breakfast also not good. Room not cleaned inspite of telling.

My stay at neelesh resort was very pleasant. The location of the property is at a picture perfect point. The property itself is quite big and full of greenery and beautiful flowers making your morning and evening a memorable event. The view of bhimtal lake is mesmerizing. I booked a superior ac room. A little bit of improvement in amneties will definitely make this property number 1 in area 1. Upgradation of rooms. Furniture are a little old. A fridge can be provided. Toiletries like tooth brush can be added. 2. The bathroom had wipe inside it, which was not giving a pleasant look. It should have been tucked away. 3. Breakfast could have been more elaborate with few more options. 4. Bed sheets should be clean and new. 5. The garden needed trimming at entrance. And the balcony had few wild plants overgrown from its wall. Should be taken care of. Overall good property, helpful and kind staff and good and fresh food options. I would request the hotel admin to take it as a suggestion and not criticism. Overall the staff was polite and helpful.
