I didn't felt like checking in a resort, it was like a homestay feeling where there is no one giving warm welcome, there was no ac in our room, it was super hot. I requested for a room change which didn't , they denied saying no rooms vacant ( not softly) and then we realised they were occupied only 50% . It's also not near to bhimtal lake, no good views from anywhere. Those who have reviewed them good in views, sorry.. there was no view at all.only trees around.

Shortest nice stay over weekend. Rooms were nice and you can see valleys and Bhimtal lake from over rooms. Breakfast was also good. Team goes beyond extraordinary to support in every manner. Thanks to entire team Chandan, Krishna and Jeevan. Thank you very making our stay better

This property is amazing with serene ambience .They really offer a warm sense of hospitality .Overall,It was a stupendous experience .Mr.Kuldeep who is the manager here is very supportive ,really admire the way he aids in everything.Will return soon.

My experience is very good All staff member were very polite and cooperative. The chef is superb and food is really really very delicious and tasty. We stay 3 days here with my friends really really good my words are fineshed here but they need more words
