Our stay at Sterling Nainital was exceptional. Front desk associate (Mr. Kovid) upgraded our room (without asking or expecting!) to a larger mountain facing room with balcony. I have stayed at this resort for 2 times. This is the best property to have a very comfortable day at bhimtal. The place itself is very beautiful, rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Staff are very courteous. They work extra mile to to make you feel comfortable. Managers mr birendra and mr rakesh are very hospitable and quick to respond. Restaurant deserves a special mention especially mr jeevan and the great head chef. This is a great stay option for all people travel-ling to nainital.

Property is at good location but the roads to reach the property is too narrow and very steep. Rooms are decent but bedding is too soft that my back hurt after i woke up. Food is good. Overall, a budget friendly stay near bhimtal lake.
