The stay was absolutely terrible and it was the worst experience. The front desk acted like goons when asked to provide early check in bill. The rooms were smelly and ac didn't not work.

It was not maintained at all, rooms were smelly, bathrooms were unclean and staff was so rude and unprofessional specially a person name rahul from the reception. Even after requesting for early check in while making reservations and even after the availability of the room, i have been asked to pay 1000 rs extra for 3 hrs extra. Overall a pathetic experience and a nightmare

There was problem with working of ac because of which had to suffer initially but after a lot of request and calls to reception, the issue was resolved.

A very nice hotel in appearance and and everything is beautiful ànd best. But the approach of the subordinate staff is worst. One attender is always disturbing the customers . I think the hotel management employed very bad people having nrrve disorders.

Hotel is near to railway station. Location is good. Stay was comfortable. Hotel environment was peaceful. Cleanliness ?aintenance was good.
