Staff needs improvement The hotel needs a better staff at reception, room service and restaurants. There is not even a single female staff. How can you run a hotel with all male staff? And the male satff have no training in hospitality. There is also shortages of staff number. Needs better staff and training. The security os also untrained and unprofessional. Overall professional touch of a 5 star is lacking.
