Worst experience, no extra bed instead of paying, bathroom flush not working, tv not working, no towels, very poor room service

Stay was comfortable and service was fast. Only issue i had was air conditioning was giving chilled air though i set temp. At 27 deg c. Remote was not working. Food quality was good.

It was a nice stay. The staff was helpful. Cleanliness maintained well and everything was well managed. Right from check in to check out, everything was really well managed.

No direction of hotel reception just from the entrance of the building there were no room service facilities. No food facilities even soft drinks. By order food served from out side it was worst.

The hotel is in very good location on-road. The place is good market area where u can do all shopping. The staff are very good and helpful.
