The receptionist who worked on different shifts said different things and created a chaos, basic things like toothpaste etc wasn’t provided. Was charged extra for breakfast even tho it was included. Early check in was mentioned and informed while booking still we had to wait for 3 hours. The room was good and spacious but the service was bad

Rooms conditions are good more effort required towards cleanliness. It took around 15 min for hot water to come after opening the tap/ shower. Breakfast area needs to improve. Management can provide a better sitting area with table and chair to have breakfast. Quality of breakfast was average.

The stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable, however there was a weird smell in the bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic with cereal, bread toast, milk and tea. Overall, a good experience. Good for short stays.

Property location was perfect for us case we had to visit near by place. Food was good too. Boas breakfast was not great. Rest was fine. We stayed there for a day only.

We booked this hotel as it showed a 4-star rating. It's a 2 star hotel. The room offers 2 half liter bottles per day even if we had booked the room for double occupancy. Only 1 towel was in the room. 2 sachet of sugar, 2 sachet tea bags. They have a restaurant downstairs, but the staff so so lazy that they ask u to go down n have your dinner instead of they getting it in the room. The breakfast is a fixed basic menu which they will ask u night before n serve u in the room. If u request for something else, the answer is simply no. Please do not book this hotel its not worth. The rooms are not clean, towels are not clean. Construction being carried out on 3rd floor so dust all over. Small lift. Guest have to carry their luggage down after checkout. So it's a 2 star hotel. Please do not rate it as a 4 star property. U can get better properties in this price.
