Reached the hotel to be told room you booked through GoIBIBO is not available and hence call GOIBIBO and cancel. After cancellation they will give different room. It is the trick. You book, go to the hotel, told by them rooms not available, you are tired and agree to them. So I called Goibibo, they called OYO waited for 1 hour. Room was cancelled. The hotel staff are rude and mellowed down little bit after knowing little about me. But adamant not to entertain me. After cancellation they provided me a lower grade room with higher cost. I had no way as I was thoroughly tired. I booked to attend a marriage in the nearby convention Centre. While check out at 7 AM all staff were sleeping. When asked for hotel bill they did not give me. I was in a hurry. They assured me to send the bill in Whats app by evening. But after 2 days when I did not get I called but the Manager Mr Ray told please call later as if I am asking for some favour. Waiting for the bill till now. Approach road is shabby, hotel is shabby, untidy, seems a lots of young couples from whom they are earning money. This is my personal experience. So book at your own wisdom.

1＞ very bad behavior hotel staff specially manager 2＞ deluxe room are also very dirty 3＞ blankets , pillow cover, and bedsheets were very dirty i think they never give it for the wash 4＞ very bad experience i suggest you to look some other property 5＞ due to bed bug i was not able to sleep whole night
