Room location is near the railway station it's a good location for family and couples. Room is neat and clean. Bathroom's are properly cleaned. Staff behaviour is good.

Property location is in the right place, easily transportable and nearest to the market, service is very good, everyone is polite and helpful, make you comfortable, room is clean, well maintained and hygienic. Everything is well and good.

Dirty room, no towel, dirty linen and sheets, no service, no toipetteries. Bathroom has broken windows for public view. No lift so carry luggage to 4th floor totally money waste
