While entered to room, bed sheets were dirty. Asked for a change of room. And beds sheets again that was considered later on. Further, staff training needed both at reception, house keeping, and room service, all fronts. Being chain of hotel, it was unprofessional approached observed from my side.

Hotel is ok
staff is very supportive and humble
but
property has issue of rats 🐀 I stayed there for 5 days and paid for the best room first day I noticed rats distroyed sugar pouches kept for daily use. I mentioned the same to the reception I was very vigilant and took care but still on my last day of stay rats destroyed my puri prasad which I was supposed to carry for my family.

My experience with mango was not good the rooms were outdated, the washroom had water leakage from the tap, water didn’t drain properly, the tv wasn’t working, and the door didn’t close properly. I would like to suggest one thing: please check the room thoroughly before checking in. Thank you.

As per price, it is valuable but not standard. Specially room size is really negotiate with myself. Very small. Bathroom has similar condition. Food quality not standard level but food price has medium standard level as per bhubaneswar location
