This Hotel is a great choice for weddings and family functions. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Great place in the heart of city. We enjoyed our stay here, and special thanks to Mr. Praful & Mr. Niranjan for taking care of all our guests. Best place to relax.

The best thing I like about this hotel is its service, its fast. Rooms are neat and clean and recently they have upgraded there bathroom interior to modern designs. The location is great, at a very prime location, very convinient. I always avail there laundry service which is very reliable during my stays. The check-in time can be reduced, thats the only thing I did not like. I generally have to wait for 20-30 mins before I can get to the room.

We stayed here for two days. The hotel staff have been exceptionally helpful and caring, and we are very grateful to have had such a positive experience. They help with our luggage’s and small requests with a smile. The in house dining had a large selection of delicious multi-cuisine food. Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable. My only comment for improvement would be that the toilets take time to flush, sometimes having flush twice. Otherwise, The rooms were comfortable and spacious with great selection of fresh fruits in the room upon arrival. We also happened to be here on Republic day and the entire hotel management team invited us to celebrate with them. My aunt and uncle were also invited to speak. We feel proud and honored as overseas Indians to be a part of this celebration. Thank you to each and every single staff member who worked here the past 2 days and took care of us.

Your staff don't bother about the customer & rather misbehaves. Horrible kichen staff & reception staff. When asked for Hot tea the room service person answers rudely why don't you ordered ***** with breakfast. Then he send damn cold tea to my room no 318 . This occured on 23rd jan.25 morning. This , I told in reception while check out on same day,but the reception person did not solve the problem & kept silence & supported the room service person. I conclude that this hotel does not care for customers. Be careful.

Excellent.. No words to comment, great care and hospitality.. Well done team empire. I really appreciate the services to me in each department, especially I had a loss of laptop during my trip, however they have assisted me to get the same to be found at the airport. Really awesome.

excellent hotel stay. rooms are good, breakfast is excellent and service is exceptional. All the staff are very pleasing and helpful. location of hotel is in the city centre and everything is easily available. Highly recommended to everyone to come and stay at this hotel.
