Treebo the Bollywood

Very nice and comfortable.... Very neat and clean..... well maintained and decorated.. awesome view from the room.......... The food was good and the attandent was also hospitable.... Overall awesome experience . We enjoyed a lot.....

We checked in early. Checking in was smooth and fast. One of the staffs guided us to our room and also to the buffet court. He was very polite. The breakfast was kept there since morning and wasn't warm. Breakfast is needed to be improved. I booked a maple room but I think I got an oak room. It had a balcony too. Room service was also good. Room was spacious and well lighted. TV was working. AC was working. Geyser was working. They had provided a soap, a towel, a body lotion and a handwash in bathroom. A complimentary water bottle was there as well as some tea, sugar , coffee and milk powder bags was also there. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is closed at 3pm (I think). And checkout was also good. Location of this hotel is good and the neighborhood is also great. Overall experience with the hotel was great. Just needed to improve their breakfast.

There was nothing to like about the property besides a couple of helpful staff. Overall, unkept and unhygienic. The bathroom smelt of sewage, and ofter there would be a loud gurgling sound of water flowing down the sewage pipe from another floor. On arrival, we noticed that the bed line had been used and smelling. They changed this on our asking. Food overall was reasonably good, though we were concerned about the hygiene aspect given the overall ambience. We booked this property not expecting much, but more because it was supposed to be very near KIIT. However, given the bhubaneswar traffic, this hardly made any difference since it took us half an hour to the university to cover a distance of 2 km (on Google maps). So essentially, the actual experience turned out to be below our initial low expectations. Wouldn't recommend at all.

In short, the one thing is the promptness and courtsey of their front desk staff, Shubhendu and Rupa. Strongly recommended!! The property is clean and staff very prompt. The property location is good. They can do better with their breakfast menu.
