The location of the hotel was very convenient. Overall room cleanliness was up to the mark and all the support staff were always ready to help. The stay was pleasant and will visit soon

It's in the station's vicinity, food is affordable and tasty, quick response, staff is welcoming and the room can be improved a little. Geyser is not there. Overall feel is very good.

The worst hotel i ever stayed. Their service is so poor. Worst staffs. Their behaviour of the staffs are so rude and they are not cooperative. They didn't provide the basic amenities. The breakfast they provided is so cold that u can tell it's not fresh. Overall y i hate the hotel.

Location is close to rly station but area is not so good. Inside hotel bed sheet etc was not clean. Pillow and bed was hard. Because of this i did not have good sleep at night. Ac was good in the room. You get hot water almost immediately after you open the tap. Hotel has lift. Morning tea was good. We had two three cup of tea, the cook down below knows how to make good tea. This was blessing. Breakfast was also good. Staff behaviour is in general good.
