I recently stayed at Vivanta Bhubaneswar with my elderly parents. I had booked a two-night stay from the USA and was connected with Padma, the travel desk manager. Padma was instrumental in helping me plan our visit to the Puri Temple, and he arranged special assistance for my father, who has difficulty walking without a stick. As it was not easy for me to trust a stranger with such important logistics, I was truly grateful to find someone reliable and caring to help ensure my parents could have a smooth and memorable darshan of Lord Jagannath. On November 11th, we visited the temple at 3 pm, and by 4:15 pm, we had completed a beautiful darshan. I sincerely appreciate Padma’s support and efforts in making this experience so smooth and enjoyable. I will certainly reach out to him again when planning my next family trip.

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable. The Trident Hotel in Bhubaneswar is truly a gem. This beautiful old hotel, set amidst sprawling, meticulously maintained lawns, offers a serene and luxurious retreat. From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The food was delightful, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. The attentive and friendly team ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

The stay was great and the staffs re very good and helpful...the rooms were clean...the dinner was amazing...the buffet had really great choice...the service is very good...the working staffs are excellent....the environment of the hotel is very good.bedt hotel in odisha
