This hotel is not well maintained and the service is rather slow. Food choices are limited. Room service items were already cold when they brought them up. Breakfast menu contained three items only and they served tea / coffee after 8:30 am

Stayed with family with 3 kids - teens and tweens. Rooms are large ans excellent. But restaurant was closed (not notified on mmt. Did not have a kettle in the room nor teabag or coffee sachets. No hair dryer. Check out is at 9 am which admittedly he helped by pushing to 10 am. Very dusty location and uncertain about auto availability. Surrounded by car mechanics in the area. No eatery around. On the bright side, the science centre is next door and the the smriti van musuem (amazing amazing place) is close. Staff does it best to help.

It's near to bhujio dongar, 5 km away from city area but nit so far. Uts ambience is good. Service is good. No dine in, kitchen is only for breakfast. Rest hygiene is ok. Overall good experience.

At the time of check in they said that ac will not work. They have refunded few amount but not good experience. Complimentary breakfast not available

The location is a bit far from the main city which makes it peaceful. The rooms are spacious & washroom was clean, & had all the amenities required. The staff is polite & are always ready to help. The dining area & the common space is also likeable.

hotel is good it's a little far away from city so Autorickshaw charges more because it's not their regular passenger road.staff is also good and helpful but during my stay they didn't have facility for lunch or dinner they told it will take more 15 days for new cook team set up...
