As always fern properties are amazing all over India ...I experienced Bhuj. Amazing Hospitality Near n clean...room service was effective.. Nice food. The facilities provided are engaging The staff Suraj Singh was extremely helpful with kids.

The food was very delicious and the staff was welcoming too! Had a great time... The ambience was great as well. Overall we definitely recommend this place to eat. we especially liked the red sauce pasta and harabara kebab :) Overall a great place 👍

Good experience with great staff and location, recommended for all families visiting Bhuj. All the rooms were good and supporting as well as good gujarati good experiences. Swimming pool and indoor games were added to the trip which was good too

The glowing reviews here for this hotel are either for another property or mainly by clueless local people who have low standards of hygiene, service and quality. This was my second Fern experience in the past 1 year, both in Gujarat, and they have both been pathetic. Fern is essentially a local chain with local standards and ethos. This particular hotel is representative of the dusty, filthy town of Bhuj, where everything is dirty and broken full of trash everywhere. The hotel is situated on a dusty highway with an uninviting lobby and entrance. They keep the lights switched off to save on electricity in typical kanjoos fashion. We were given Room 115 which was near the housekeeping cabin that was kept open and dirty. The room had no windows and was dark and dinghy with a broken chair. There was no separate wet area in the bathroom and the water spilled all over. Most of the plumbing fixtures were dirty and broken. Food was equally pathetic with typical desi emphasis on paneer and Chinese. Breakfast was a zoo with mainly inedible items. The room rate for this experience was ridiculous at INR 7500! We were glad to get out of there next morning. Never again.
