Regenta Resort Bhuj by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited

First the positives, the service on most part from restaurant to baggage and trolly is very good especially Baldev and Sonu. The breakfast buffet was excellent and their high tea time is good. Negative: Reception is not so welcoming and requires training. They provided mislead information that their alacarte restaurant is available but found out in late evening that they have a private event. Swimming pool is cold and absolutely no chairs in that area. Gym has broken equipment. No hand towels or face towels in room and when called front desk no one showed up. Our driver was told about food and stay and it was told not available. It is a 3 star overall. Pillows had smell.

The staff was very friendly and willing/ready to help.  Pleanty of food choice.  Rooms, bed, bathroom were between good and excellent.

Beautiful place, spacious clean rooms. Helpful staff The resort is located in a large hilltop garden next to a shopping center. Different categories of rooms are spread in different areas of the garden. Heritage rooms (501 - 512) are far away from reception and restaurants. Rooms 601 - 606 are closer and a better category. Premium cottages are in a separate area. There are adjacent rooms near the gym and the reception area too. We stayed 2 nights in room 606 and it was spacious, clean and well furnished. All the rooms are airconditioned with a mini-fridge and complimentary Tea/ coffee. The bed was comfortable and well furnished had a separate closet area and a modern bathroom. Hot water was working well and the water flow was good. WiFi was fast. On request a golf cart (buggy) is sent to move you within the resort. The GM, Mr. Pappy Bharti is personally interacting with guests attending their needs and also giving explanations and information. The resort is vegetarian. Even no eggs available. Breakfast was reasonable with fruits, juices, tea, coffee with several vegetarian dishes. We ordered room service lunch but not much impressed about the quality or the prices. There are several restaurants just outside the resort in the shopping area. The shopping area is still developing with shops, restaurants, saloons etc. It is not allowed to get outside food delivered directly to rooms. If you order anything online it will be delivered to the main gate. You can go in the buggy and collect it or ask the reception to collect it and deliver to your room. There are many domestic tourists, mainly families or groups and few foreigners in the resort. As a foreigner, communication with staff is sometimes cumbersome. You may have to ask same thing several times even to different people to get it done. If you have issues better to talk directly with the GM and he will attend to it quickly. We had some miscommunication at the checkin but it was quickly resolved and our stay was smooth and comfortable. I recommend this resort.

Very good service..... staff nature is very cooperative. Housekeeping services is good staff is behaving is good tnqq so much Regenta Resort bhuj.. mr baldev ji food is also good. Room was very clean

We had a really nice family stay at Regenta Resort Bhuj. The swimming pool was the best part – the kids loved the shallow area, and we could just relax by the water with the beautiful rock backdrop. The buffet was quite good, with lots of options – fresh juices, fruits, and a mix of Indian and continental dishes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sit-out area, though I felt housekeeping could have been a bit quicker in clearing used linens. The property itself has a very calm and green atmosphere, which made it perfect for a family getaway. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, great food, a fun pool, and peaceful surroundings made it a memorable trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Regenta Resort Bhuj. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the experience very relaxing. The food quality was superb – fresh, tasty, and satisfying at every meal. What stood out the most was the excellent service provided by the staff. Special thanks to Bhoomi Madam, Ajay Pal Ji, and the entire front office team for their warm and helpful attitude throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bhuj and look forward to coming back!
