We were questioned "why", " for what" kind of questions on asking for an extra blanket. Room service is so bad that they delivered a bottle of water an hour later of being asked with 3 reminders. Next daywe politely asked them to extend an hour post check out time and they declined it despite the property being almost empty and said they would charge an entire days charge for an hour extra that is their policy. Fair enough we declined and asked them if we could sit in the reception area for an hour as there was practically no where to go before our scheduled bus time. They did agree. But when we went to the hotel restaurant for a cup of coffee, we were told that coffee is available only for room service and not otherwise. When we asked the person at the reception, he asked us to wait and he shall get the coffee for us. After 10 mins he says sir nahi ho payega. Sirf room service ke liye hai. This is so ridiculously insulting that we decided to leave and go elsewhere. As we took our bags and started leaving none of the staff bothered to help us with the luggage. They kept watching us leave. Pathetic service. Avoid this place

The following problems arose in the hotel. There is no facility to eat inside the hotel. Food has to be ordered from outside. The AC does not work properly. Power supply is stopped at night.

Very helpful staff and a good place to stay. We reached close to the checkout time but the team was very helpful in accommodating us for a few hours

clean room. literally stone throw distance from bhuj railway station platform no 1. greatest advantage. however restaurant is a bit costly.
