We spent one night at the hotel from 23 to 24 June. The hotel is ideally located if you want to use Termy Bania - literally a few steps away. The room we got was not big, but completely sufficient. The bathroom was large. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of the cemetery, but you can probably ask for a different side when booking. We missed a kettle and cups, which is pretty standard, but generally there is a kitchenette on each floor, so you can easily make yourself a coffee or tea. The breakfasts were very good - a really great selection of cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, and even a chocolate fountain and the possibility of making waffles. The hot option was fried eggs, which I don't like, and I asked if I could have scrambled eggs and there was no problem with that - which was a huge plus ;-) In the morning we extended the hotel day by an hour, and when checking out we received a slight scolding that we were too late (there was another person). After explaining, we were apologized, but I think it would be better if there was a better flow of information between employees, because it was an unnecessarily unpleasant situation at the end of the stay. Since we needed to stay at the hotel a little longer - due to the holiday season, there was no possibility of extending the day - we received information that we could stay in the conference or billiard room. For us, it was a very good solution, so a plus for that ;-) To sum up, we definitely recommend the facility both for relaxation and for remote work.
