Stayed with a group of girls from U.K. for a mini ski trip. Despite being 3 star this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I am quite well travelled. Breakfast buffet plentiful, fresh, varied and something for everyone. Food in restaurant excellent too. Facilities excellent, pool, jacuzzi etc and sauna and salt cave. Didn’t have time to use gym but modern, clean and well equipped. Massage (pay but so worth it) the best. Water in mini fridges. Staff extremely pleasant and couldn’t do enough. Good value for money. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back.

Stayed for 4 nights, booked a single room but was given a family room instead, 223. Had the pleasure of screaming children waking me up from adjacent room. Some of my friends had balconies, 223 didn't. However the room was enormous, v comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good shower, n fresh water, tea, coffee daily. Hair conditioner is not supplied, but shower gel is. Rooms are hot! Never did work out the temp control so slept with window open. Excellent buffet breakfast (tho less so if vegetarian as hidden bits of meat in lots of dishes). Also watch out for aforementioned screaming children sticking their dirty paws into the food whilst staff and parents turn a blind eye. Dinner in the restaurant was interesting for a vegetarian, eventually found delicious tomato soup and chips. Meat eaters fared better with locals dishes. Prices are fair. Spa is wonderful (as long as screaming kids kept under control which wasn't always the case)..Doesn't open until 10am though, and sauna opens at 4pm. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Tired our bags at check out allowed use of the spa which has a shower. I'd love to visit again (not in a family room, however, and i would be wary of breakfast. I had the impression that child = God and therefore discipline wasn't an option).

W hotelu tym byłem z rodziną już kilkukrotnie i z pełną odpowiedzialnością mogę go polecić szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Położony blisko głównego kompleksu Kotelnicy (Bania) - 10 minut spacerem. 2 place zabaw, które są odpowiednie szczególnie dla młodszych dzieci. Te nieco starsze będą zadowolone z basenu. Dla dorosłych jacuzzi, sauna, grota solna. Wyśmienite i urozmaicone śniadania, które zadowolą również najbardziej wybrednych. Bardzo smaczne i za rozsądną cenę jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji. Goście hotelowi mają w niej wydzieloną salę, dzięki czemu prawie zawsze znajdą dla siebie miejsce. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, czystość bez zarzutu.

This hotel is one of the best, if not the best, hotel I have ever stayed in. The facility is simply gorgeous. Everything is spotless clean. The cost included breakfast and sauna. The options for breakfast were amazing. Even for myself as a vegetarian, I have several options to choose from. For none-vegetarians, the only problem is to decide what to choose from the many different dishes offered. I can't recommend this place high enough.

Stylowy i nowoczesny hotel w centrum Białki. Blisko do stoku. Obok przystanek ski busa. Duży plus za dwie bawialnie. Śniadania pyszne. Duży wybór, wszystko świeże. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Jedyny minus to woda w basenie dla dzieci, która mogła być trochę cieplejsza. Na pewno wrócimy.

The hotel is top class. The staff are wonderful. The Restaurant is very good. We don't normally eat in hotels, but ate 4 out of 6 nights and really enjoyed it. We had a bedroom and living area, with 2 balconies, which was really spacious. A little fridge allowed us to have fresh milk for beverages. Got a late check out, which was very generous. The pool, sauna, and salt cave were lovely. Bialka is a very family orientated town, so lots of children about. The price was very reasonable. Overall I'd give it a 5/5.
