A hotel like no other. Renovated rooms, nice ladies at the reception, clean but rather modest. Small but comfortable rooms and, unfortunately, a small bathroom. Overall, the hotel is average, but the restaurant located here suggests an increase in the overall rating to very good. We spent 3 nights here and it can be said that it is a good base for exploring Podlasie.

Cockroaches in the room I can actually handle and somewhat expect of a hotel of this calibre. However a business model that relies on tricking your guests about the prices and then harassing family and trying to blackmail you by threatening to charge the receptionist due to unwillingness to pay double what was advertised is something I will not stand for. I've been in a couple of horrendous hotels in my time but this one easily takes the cake. If you can find an empty cardboard box to stay in, it would be recommended over this trash. Good luck if you do choose this one though, you may need it.

This hotel was ok for me for one night. They are pet friendly so I had my cats with me. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast is nice though the breakfast room is very tiny and when there are many people it gets very crowded. So I recommend if you need a place to sleep.

The hotel is one of the best in Białystok. Very clean, affordable, beautifully decorated. Very tasty food. Free large parking lot at the hotel. I will come back here and recommend it to others. You can stay with pets, a big plus.
