Good location.. You have to keep the belongings... They stole a watch from my room without any help from the staff!

The room is cold, the air conditioning doesn't help, the bathroom is dirty (toilet 🤢) I had breakfast included, but they told me breakfast is not included - until I showed the voucher, they don't give water to the room, they offer to buy it - usually in Europe water is included in the price of the room. The only plus: the breakfast is good

No sound insulation. People who do not respect the sleep of neighbors, shout and run on the corridors until 3 a.m. Breakfast where you are offered tasteless cold meats, a lousy fruit salad, and customers who talk way too loudly. Of course, the staff has no experience and leaves this hellish rush. For us this channel was a first experience. And she will remain the last.

Wonderful friendly administrators! Delicious breakfasts! One thing is confusing: (distance to the thick of things, bus stop nearby, airport 10 minutes walk. Therefore, although not so frequent flights, the audibility is there. But I arrived like crazy:) so I slept like a log. In general, I liked everything!)) There was no refrigerator in the room, but the receptionists kindly offered to put it in theirs!)

Excellent hotel that I highly recommend for the very warm welcome and its location. We always choose this hotel when we go to Biarritz. Free parking is nice when you have a car.
