Excellent location and services for the price I paid. The breakfast offer was satisfying. The room was mostly well maintained except the minibar cabinet.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well as the amenities such as spa and massage treatment. They also provided delicious Basque Foods for choices. The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

We went for my husband's birthday, and it was terrible, broken mirror, TV broke, table held together with rusty screws, and no smoke alarms in the room, We reported it three times, then checking out called us liars when we said we paid cash for room service. After they discovered we had paid no apology.

My friend and I stayed for 5 days. The hotel is lovely. It’s in a great position, near to the beach and ******. We stayed in a classic room which was at the back of the hotel. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding. We visited the pool and used the steam room and sauna. Beautifully clean and well presented. We didn’t use the Spa. Lovely staff, who were very helpful. Paid extra for an early check in, which was worth it as we arrived on an early flight. Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, however we did have breakfast on our last day and didn’t feel it was value of money at €20. Overall. Great hotel and would recommend it to family and friends.

****Reading all these reviews, people only review when things go wrong!!! *** Lovely hotel, excellent location, breakfast high standard, rooms very clean, decent size and bedding changed. My only negative to my whole stay we were on first floor and close to stairs and it was quite noisy with people walking around. Especially someone in heels. Overall I highly recommend, good spa (sauna was out of action), lovely staff, nice break away.

Excellent! Moved from the appalling Sofitel to this hotel which was a haven of calm and cleanliness. Sophie at reception was charming, as were all the other staff. Really enjoyed using the steam room and spa. Had breakfast there one morning, and night caps at the end of 2 evenings. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Spent 3 nights here as part of a golf trip around SW France. Standard room on 6th floor got pretty hot and had hardly any storage but other rooms may be better! Didn’t use the spa. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were really helpful and location was excellent. Secure parking definitely worth the extra!

I was disappointed in the hotel, very shabby, chipped paint in the room and in the corridors, when we arrived there was rubbish in the room, unable to plug in the kettle, it’s a pity because the hotel is well placed and the staff are very efficient and friendly, a nice restaurant and a good breakfast, not sure it merits to be a four ⭐️

The location of the hotel is very good, as well as the the reception staff. We enjoyed the spa, but would like to mention the room for the massage was too warm, which made a little bit difficult to fully relax. For the spa, even though you need to sign up, not everybody does, and some times is very packed, but is true qe could have quiet times at french lunch times. The hotel in general needs a refurnishment, it is a pricy 4 star that really is not worthy what you pay for the status of the property. You pay the location, but… is it worth it enough? I don’t think so. The beds, i have to say, are super comfortable. What I really regret is the breakfast. We stayed there 4 days. I’m intolerant to gluten and lactose. We let them know, but they did not have any option, and they did not accomodate. I had to bring my own bread and sweet option; only fruit was available for me. One day they had salmon, and asked the rest of the days, and they told me viande or cheese, that were outside, wich both had lactose or gluten. I mention in the restaurant amd reception, amd before arriving, and every day, nobody cared. Is this what you expect from a 4 star hotel?? Definetly NOT!!!! They really need to work on customer care. Definetly not a place we will go again

We stayed here for two night. The staff were great. The spa was nice, but the room was substandard for a 4 star hotel. The toilet seat was broken. The shower didn’t work, and the bedside take was old and stained. We paid over €500 for twin nights. We complained and were given drinks vouchers. We don’t drink. Having a free coke is not enough. We also took the stairs instead of the lift. They were never vacuumed. They were dirty. The manager never spoke to us. We were offered a change of room after we got back from dinner on the second night at 11.30 at night. It was also a smaller room. This is not good enough. We are back in Biarritz again. But would not chose this hotel.

Excellent location. The hotel is very centrally located close to the beach, shops restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely helpful recommending restaurants and things to do. Spa was nice and very quiet when we were there. Hotel is very clean throughout. We will definitely be back

The hotel was very clear to read the conditions before I arrived. Once I got to the room I understood why. The rooms have been "refurbished" slap dash! The headboards has not even been moved to paint behind, the baseboards badly done. The The room smelled of old smoke. There were pipes running through from floor to ceiling unfinished. Beds not comfortable at all. Bathrooms cheaply refurbed. I have no idea how this hotel got 4 stars. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, its in a great location and the breakfast buffet isn't bad. The staff were friendly except we had to leave in a rush for work and cancel one night. After having spent enough money on 5 sub-standard rooms the night before you would have thought they could give a discount...
